Welcome to Episode 175!  The political cycle is marching on with special elections to replace ousted Congress folk, the next POTUS session, new laws and policies, etc.  There's a lot to keep up on and a lot of it ain't good.  That's why this week, Casey & Mark are discussing the current state of politics and having a bit of fun debating over their not-so favorite points in the world of punditry.

To kick of the week,  Casey is bring the chill and Mark is bringing the heat in this week's Trash Pick-Up.  Casey is in the thick of his winter athletic season and Mark has returned from seeing an icon for the 2nd time.   This edition's Trash Talk topics include; a Tennessee town finds themselves in court while trying to end Pride events in their town for 2024, a political candidate loses at the polls to other interesting auditions, a woman who has a real passion for texting, and a woman has excuses when pulled over by law enforcement.

Life is about the unknown and how we face challenges every day.  I'm here to be of service to inspire through my stories in my own life so that your light may shine whether in business and personal.   
At 13, I hit rock bottom in my life due to the harshness of the world around me that led me to the point where life wasn’t worth living and attempted suicide.  But some force within me pushed me back to life and I stand here to tell my tale. Do you know what’s keeping me going? Hearing the laughter and cheers of the people when they hear me sharing my life stories with them. Those smiles and happy faces are just the fuel that empowers me to always keep going. I even wrote, produced, and performed my one-man show to inspire more people. Through my show, I lend a helping hand to the people struggling with life and wanting to die, people giving up due to bullying and abuse, and people losing their sexual identity. The world will start following you if you start believing in yourself. From being traumatized by the harsh experiences of life you too can move into a place of empowerment to follow your dreams and start chasing them to the end!

Some of my lifetime achievements include working with award-winning actors/directors and featuring in The Washington Post, Uk’s The Guardian, National Post, and on BBC Radio 1.
