A Street in California might be considered "hazardous" for some, reasons, including the condition of the street, its ease of accessibility, or the reported poor driving practices of different drivers. Poor driving can be avoided if all drivers have the practice to attend driver training school in California to clear the concept of driving and be a professional driver.
