    After his day job at a hedge fund, Sal Khan would tutor his 12-year-old cousin in math over the internet. When she moved to a more advanced track at school, word spread. Soon, he was tutoring over a dozen friends and relatives all over the country. His tutoring side project went from a humble YouTube channel to a renowned education nonprofit. Recently, they launched the first AI tutor built on GPT-4 technology. In this episode, Sal and Hala discuss how artificial intelligence could impact the future of education and work.  Sal Khan is the founder of the widely used education platform, Khan Academy. In 2012, he was recognized as one of TIME's “100 Most Influential People in the World”.
