Do you every wonder what all the hype is about around healing your life, working through your past or doing energy work? It can feel like a trendy thing that will soon pass. But in this episode, I take you on the journey I had with finding it accidentally while working through things I had collected growing up in the church, going to Christian College, raising babies and just being a human with a childhood. 

I don't share it all here but I do give you a picture of what it looked like when I found this healing work and what kind of things it has done for me, like no longer being paralyzed by housework.

Sometimes you can walk into a room of people, and be able to describe the energy in the room. It can feel cold or hostile, or on the other spectrum can feel warm and inviting. 

Albert Einstein explains that energy cannot be created or destroyed- it can only be changed from one form to another.
