Harris et ses collaborateurs dans un article de synthèse très complet, reprennent les fondamentaux de la nutrition équine, en passant par la physiologie digestive, les besoins du cheval, le rationnement, et l'approche pratique de la composition d'une ration. Ce podcast permet de démystifier la nutrition, cette discipline essentielle et pourtant souvent mal aimée des vétérinaires. 

Ce podcast se compose de 3 épisodes et permettent dans un premier temps de faire un voyage dans le tube digestif du cheval de façon à comprendre la physiologie digestive et de poser les bases d'une bonne alimentation. Ensuite, nous aborderons les besoins nutritionnels du cheval, sous tous ses aspects et enfin nous verrons comment aborder la composition d'une ration en pratique, de façon à vous donner envie de vous lancer dans l'élaboration d'une ration!

“The introduction of end-to-end encryption technologies has led to a debate around the apparent dichotomy of good child safety and good general user privacy and security,” reads a new report by Dr Ian Levy and Crispin Robinson, respectively the technical heads of the UK’s National Cybersecurity Centre and GCHQ. The report made headlines last week after suggesting tech companies should move ahead with technology that scans for child abuse imagery essentially on users’ phones themselves.

Speaking exclusively to the IWF as part of our new podcast series, Professor Hany Farid, image analysis expert at the University of California, Berkeley, said the report made it clear that privacy does not have to come at the expense of child protection.

Don’t sleep on the Cheesy, Garlic Biscuit recipe (10:45). Malcom did barely any smoking over the holidays (13:35), but his new Blackstone at Deer Camp got put to work (17:15). Some of Malcom’s newest Blackstone recipes are amazing (18:55), but seasoning the flat top was not for the faint of heart (27:38). Malcom bought an Open-Fire Grill/Fire Pit from Buc-ee’s (31:10), and he threw down on some Smores and Hamburgers over the holidays (33:38). I want to know what all the guys cooked down at Deer Camp over the last month (35:03), and Malcom made some fried catfish I ate cold it was so delicious (39:05). Malcom spills the beans about his newest secret method to cooking chicken wings (42:37). How does Malcom store his hundreds of different rubs and seasonings at the house (46:51), and how does he go about cleaning out his stash (48:55)? I know Malcom has to have some big recipes planned for the NFL Playoffs and Super Bowl LVI (53:00).
