Das Wichtigste ist, dass man daraus lernt und sich regelmäßig mit einem erfahrenen Verkäufer auszutauschen.

Ich konnte nichtsdestotrotz wenige Kunden ansprechen und konnte die von mir überzeugen, wie ich das geschafft habe erfährst du in der Episode ...

Regeln zum Telefonat:

1.) Wer bist du? Was willst du? Was hat er/sie davon?

2.) Hör zu, Info aufschreiben

3.) Vertrauen schaffen

4.) Lese zwischen den Zeilen, warum will er das, warum will er das nicht (Was sind seine Beweggründe) ...

5.) Hartnäckig, aber gleichzeitig flexibel sein (Fokus auf das gewünschte Ziel).

6.) Mehr Services zu leisten als der Kunde bezahlt.
