The Ribs are long gone yet the memories linger. Listen in to my late night reflections on Erie's Wild Rib Cook Off and Music Festival 2021. It took a lot out of us and left memories that will last a lifetime. I’m sure these memories will age very well. Ribfest 2021 is definitely a delicious vintage.
