    Bobs Burgers Fan Theories w/Audrey

    Bobs Burgers Fan Theories w/Audrey

I was originally going to do this episode alone and then I realized Audrey loves Bobs Burgers as much as I do so why not let the 9y/o in on the discussion!
This episode is obviously more PG than others, not totally so but beyond more family friendly than almost any other episode.

I'm really excited about the season finale which will probably end up being a 2-parter as it's going to be quite a lot of information!

    We Don't Talk About Jaimé

    We Don't Talk About Jaimé

There was supposed to be a team recording with EstoBro, TV, and their significant others, however, TV and Hello Nurse failed to get the memo. EstoBro carried on with the show with Mandy Hatake making her long-awaited appearance on the podcast. She also brings one of her best sidekicks to the show, with Sailor Luña joining in place of the missing members of the podcast. The show begins discussing the stupidity of Logan Paul (5:30) being swindled over investing millions of dollars of Pokémon cards, only to find out that they were G.I. Joe trading cards. The transition of the show discusses the primary focus on film that happened over the holidays. The first major film gathering focus is Disney's latest animated feature Encanto (14:15) and how it has become a record-breaking film for the company. The second anticipated film that the collective breakdown is the return of  Matrix Resurrections (29:00) and how EstoBro is conflicted with one of his favorite film franchises of all time. Everyone cannot wait to discuss their reaction to Spider-Man: No Way Home (43:30) before Mandy Hatake starts making outrageous fan theories on what will happen next in the MCU. Finally, during the 'Who has the munchies?' segment of the show (65:30), EstoBro breaks down his reaction to KFC's impossible meat and why his guests think he's deranged thinking it is "good food." Mandy Hatake anticipates looking over the production of EstoBro TV Podcast, especially now being engaged to the host of the show.

Jess & Vee (Incoherently) Discuss: Piranesi

It was bound to happen. Jess is finally out of her reading slump and dove straight into Piranesi by Susanna Clarke - which of course meant that we needed to sit down with some drinks and a pipe and chat about what we thought about this book.

We by no means covered even half of the theories or ideas that this book brings up, so if you have anything to add, hit us up on Twitter or Instagram! If you haven't even read this book, what are you doing? Go read it!

    Episode 87: Our darkest fantasies

    Episode 87: Our darkest fantasies

31 Days of Halloween begins with a talk about dark fantasy. Danny, Blake, and Nathaniel talk about why there is more crossover appeal for dark fantasy, what are some of their favorites, and what they like and dislike about the subgenre.

The show starts with a talk about the new Borat trailer. The guys also talk about Hollywood asking Congress for money. After venting some steam, the three talk about some Spider-Man movie rumors.

On this week's What You Need to Know, the trio try to figure out what Lynchian means. Is it just a term people throw around or does it actually mean something? (Different things to different people is a cop out.)

To start off the month of October, the three talk ab out dark fantasy. There is some Game of Thrones talk, discussion on why dark fantasy seems more acceptable, the best examples from the genre.

Episode Thirty-Four: Dragging in the name of the Lord

Episode Thirty-Four: Dragging in the name of the Lord

Our second episode of Drag Race (because we are mildly obsessed) sees us wondering if Beyonce is some sort of blood-sacrifice demanding God, if certain drag queens are capable of astral projection and if the worlds of Pokemon and Drag Race are more closely related than we realize...

Note: Due to health circumstances, we are taking a temporary hiatus. We hope to be back for season 2 asap.
