Donald Trump reportedly dressed down the judge, expressing his frustration with what he perceives as a witch hunt and election interference. The New York Times headline reads, "Trump rebukes judge in court." Meanwhile, the Judge reportedly fired back, telling Trump's lawyers, "Control your client!" After leaving the courtroom, Donald Trump spoke to reporters and expressed frustration at a case he insists is politically motivated. The Georgia Commission on Family Violence (GCFV) conducts qualitative and quantitative research on domestic violence-related fatalities to prevent, intervene, and respond to family violence. Police Officer Trauma, Murder, Child Deaths. No Preparation For That.A baby murdered, other deaths of children and more had a big impact on him. While still a Police Officer, he is also a College Professor, Trainer and Author.

Drew Moldenhauer is our guest. He has 12 years of full-time Law Enforcement Officer experience with the City of Ramsey in Minnesota. He currently is part-time with the City of Osseo. Drew is a Law Enforcement Teacher at the Anoka STEP College. He also is Adjunct Professor at Concordia St-Paul University, Normandale Community College, Metropolitan State University, and Hennepin Technical College.

From his experience he co-authored the book How Smart Police Officers Use Situational Awareness to Improve Safety. Plus he is one of the founders and one of the instructors at Blue Ethos Specialized Training.

What is it about getting behind the wheel of a car that turns us all into racecar drivers? And why do some of us turn into complete and total assholes, forgetting everything we know about common courtesies. 

Did you know, that the typical reaction time, for stopping at a light, without texting was between one and two seconds, but while texting it increased to three to four seconds, regardless of whether the driver was typing or reading a text. This is significant because at highway speeds a driver can travel the length of a football field in that time.

Professor Dr. (h.c.) Marilyn A. Huestis recently retired as Chief, Chemistry and Drug Metabolism, National Institute on Drug Abuse, National Institutes of Health, after 23 years of conducting controlled drug administration studies. Currently, she is Senior Fellow, Institute on Emerging Health Professions, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA, Senior Scientific Advisor to PinneyAssociates and President of Huestis & Smith Toxicology, LLC. Her research program focuses on discovering mechanisms of action of cannabinoid agonists and antagonists, effects of in utero drug exposure, oral fluid testing, driving under the influence of drugs, and the neurobiology and pharmacokinetics of novel psychoactive substances leading to 529 peer-reviewed manuscripts. Professor Huestis received a Doctor Honoris Causa from the Faculty of Medicine, the University of Helsinki in Finland in 2010 and received many other important awards in toxicology, clinical chemistry, public safety, drug dependence, and addiction, and scientific research. The journal Clinical Chemistry featured her as an “Inspiring Mind”. She currently serves on the Organization of Scientific Area Committee on Toxicology, World Anti-doping Agency’s Prohibited List Committee, and the National Safety Council’s Alcohol, Drugs and Impairment Division Executive Board. Professor Huestis served on the National Commission on Forensic Sciences. She is past president of the Society of Forensic Toxicologists, past Chair of the Toxicology Section of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and past president of The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists.
