In this episode of “Keeping it Israel” Jeff talks to Dr. Bobby Sparks, an expert of the Old Testament about the incredible significance of Passover and Pentecost to followers of Jesus in the 1st Century, and whether or not Christians should observe these feasts today.

    Leviticus 21 to 24

    Leviticus 21 to 24
This portion of Leviticus begins with the personal interactions a priest has in his normal life and continues into outlining the Hebrew calendar's appointed feasts. We see that the ministry of Jesus' life signposts according with this prophetic calendar in fulfillment. The final chapter of our evening declines once more with a blaspheming of the LORD's name and the consequences thereof. We are reminded that the gracious work of the Lord is consistently meant with the failure of mankind.

    Rapture Series: Session 06

    Rapture Series: Session 06
Session 06: The Feast of Trumpets connection and the cultural idioms associated with this 5th feast of 7 listed in Leviticus 23. Christ Jesus fulfilled literally the first 4 feasts on the very day and hour with the Death (Passover), Burial (Unleavened Bread), Resurrection (First Fruits) and sent the promise of the Holy Spirit to give birth to the Church on Pentecost! Wow! The last 3 Feasts speak of the rapture, Israels restoration (Yom Kippur) and Millennium (Tabernacles). The idioms associated with this feast is, Wedding of Messiah, The Hidden Day, Awakening Blast are just a few we will discuss. The Rapture is a purifying doctrine that keeps the Church watchful. Rapture Series: An Introduction Session 01

Rapture Series: An Introduction Session 01
Session 01 An introduction to the Rapture of the Church. What is it, is it biblical, why study it and how dow we study it? Bible teacher Keith McKenzie takes a look at the various views and says most issues are cleared up when we take a good look at our Hermeneutic (Theory of Interpretation). A Historical Gramatical look at what the bible says. Much is lost in not knowing the original Hebrew & Greek and their culture. What questions should we ask, what was the original culture and customs like and who is involved? We introduce some cultural idioms and where this study will take us. We review the abuse of date setters like Harold Camping and many others in the recent past. It matters what you think about the End Times. Shalom, Keith

We look at how Jesus fulfilled the first four feasts literally on the very day and hour from Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, and Pentecost. What could this mean for the Second Coming and the literal fulfillment of the last 3 Feasts. Feast of Trumpets, Yom Kippor and Tabernacles are all in view in this session. It matters what you think about the End Times. Shalom, Keith

    Genesis 1-11 Session 04

    Genesis 1-11 Session 04
Today we look at Day 4 of Creation. The creation of the heavens Genesis 1:14-19 are in view here. We see God makes reference to the heavens being for signs, season, and years. Very interesting linkage here in the Hebrew to the biblical feasts (Moed) outlined in Leviticus 23. The Lord Jesus fulfilled 4 of the 7 feasts with His first coming. Passover, Unleavened bread, First Fruits, and Pentecost. The connection is awesome for the students of God's word. Enjoy!
