Andy Truscott speaks with Kim Hoey Stevenson, a 2023 Individual Artist Fellow and award-winning journalist. A Delaware native, Stevenson grew up in Milford, the oldest daughter in a family of four children. Though she graduated from college with degrees in psychology and biology, “I’ve always been a writer.” Kim is a nationally recognized award-winning writer and journalist who specializes in feature writing, especially taking complex subjects and presenting them in an approachable manner. She writes for such publications and AOL, Daily Finance, PARADE Magazine and The News Journal. She travels extensively both personally and professionally.
