Nannie Doss was a serial killer who used poison (arsenic)to kill her victims and to claim insurance money.

On Friday March 27th 2009, surveillance video catches 8 year old Sandra Cantu skipping down the street, headed home. Then, something out of sight catches her eye and causes her to change direction, leaving the frame. She is never seen alive again.
