find the blessings

During this time, the world is dealing with stressors of all types, many which are new to this world.  In this episode I talk about my class, Stress Management 101, as well as some of the feedback I've received over the last week.  Life can be tough.  It's important to take advantage of the tools we have to deal with it.  Sometimes that means slowing down enough to realize their are also blessings new to this world.  I hope you will take the time to find and enjoy yours.
