    For the rest of the show, Adam talked about recent line moves, what to watch for in the betting markets with the Trade Deadline and the never-ending news cycle, and then previewed several series for this week, including Braves vs. Mets, Blue Jays vs. Red Sox, Dodgers vs. Giants, and A’s vs. Padres.

    Host Adam Burke always has a lot of interesting angles and things to consider to share with listeners on The Bettor’s Box and that was the case again today. Adam started out with a look at how teams did offensively coming out of the Break and then looked at teams that have done the best since that first memo was sent out on June 3.

    After looking through those teams and some quality contact metrics, Adam changed his focus to the betting markets and some line moves that we saw over the weekend. Following a pick for Monday night’s action, Adam looked at four series for this week and gave his thoughts on Giants vs. Dodgers, Rangers vs. Tigers, Red Sox vs. Blue Jays, and Cubs vs. Cardinals.

    Host Adam Burke and our weekly Tuesday guest Brian Blessing covered a lot of ground once again. They always do, but today’s topics were the NHL Playoffs, the Memorial Tournament, and also the Belmont Stakes. Adam and Brian hit every playoff series and talked about the upcoming games in the NHL, including Lightning vs. Hurricanes tonight and Vegas vs. Colorado and Montreal vs. Winnipeg on Wednesday.

    The Memorial Tournament will look a bit different with some alterations to the course at Muirfield Village this week, so the guys hit on those changes and also a list of players that they expect to do well and compete. On the horse racing side, the Belmont Stakes only has eight horses in the field, but Adam and Brian talked about strategies and also which horses profile the best on the longest leg of the Triple Crown.

    Host Adam Burke and guest Brian Blessing always have a lot to talk about and that was true today as the guys got together on ATS Radio to discuss the end of the NHL regular season, golf, and horse racing. The NHL has a lot of things going on right now, as teams are jockeying for playoff spots and seeding and other teams are finishing out what’s left of the year. Adam and Brian talked about some of the situational spots and other betting angles to consider at this time of the year.

    The Wells Fargo Championship has a strong field on a great golf course on the outskirts of Charlotte at Quail Hollow Club. Adam and Brian shared their picks and some of the types of players that you want to look at with the characteristics of this course and some of the past winners that have done well. Lastly, they recapped the Kentucky Derby and talked about some early bets and thoughts for the Preakness Stakes coming up on May 15 at Pimlico Race Course.

    Host Adam Burke and guest Kyle Hunter dove right in to talking about the National Championship Game between Baylor and Gonzaga and made a pretty strong case for one of the two teams. Armed with stats, matchup analysis, and thoughts on how the two teams stack up, the guys went through a lot of different keys to the game, including rebounding, turnovers, and shot-making. Both teams are certainly good in the last category, but what happens with the other two may dictate the game.

    To finish up on college hoops, Adam and Kyle did a year-in-review, first with the NCAA Tournament and then with the season as a whole, to discuss what was successful, what wasn’t, and what will happen in future seasons in hopes of improving upon those things. Lastly, Kyle gave some of his strategies into betting MLB, a sport that has been quite profitable for him over the years.

    Host Adam Burke and pro bettor and handicapper Brad Powers from BradPowersSports.com got together one final time for this college basketball season to chat a little bit about the FCS, the Final Four, the National Championship Game, and some future improvements to their college hoops handicapping. The FCS chat was short and sweet, as line value hasn’t worked out in Brad’s favor and a lot of teams have opted out of the season over the last couple of weeks, but the guys still wanted to make mention of what is happening on the gridiron.

    On the college basketball side, Adam and Brad talked about what we’ve seen in the NCAA Tournament so far and if any of that will carry over in their minds to future tournaments. The guys discussed Houston vs. Baylor and UCLA vs. Gonzaga with picks, leans, and breakdowns before looking at the look-ahead lines for the National Championship Games. Finally, the guys talked about what they took away from this college basketball season and how they’ll look to use that in the future.

    Host Adam Burke and regular Tuesday guest Brian Blessing were reunited after a change to last week’s schedule. Adam and Brian started with college hoops right out of the gate, taking a look at tonight’s Elite Eight action with USC vs. Gonzaga in the first game and UCLA vs. Michigan in the second game. The guys also discussed some early thoughts on the Houston vs. Baylor line.

    On the NHL side of things, the guys discussed the playoff picture and the futures market, including some thoughts on how the playoffs look pretty well-defined already and how home/road splits could progress going forward. Quick thoughts on the NASCAR dirt race and the standings setup sent the boys into a chat about the Valero Texas Open with a weak field and a lot of players at some decent prices that could make noise. Finally, it is a big weekend for horse racing with three Kentucky Derby prep races.

    College basketball wrapped up the show for the most part, as the guys talked about the uncertainty of conference tournaments and the engagement levels of the bad teams around the country. They talked about big spreads in games with low numbers of possessions, like Saint Mary’s vs. Gonzaga tonight, and then Brad covered a free pick for show listeners on Colorado vs. Oregon. Late-breaking news about Carson Wentz to the Colts finished out the podcast.
