    the roommate race

    the roommate race

Something new I've seen over the last few years is the freshman year hunt for the roommate. Instead of getting assigned randomly, students are connecting and finding roommates online, which although has definitive positives, it's also causing stress. In today's pep talk, I'm sharing some tips for handling a roommate search no matter if you're a freshman or post grad!

the myth of the freshman 15
Today's pep-talk is on the myth of the freshman 15. My friend Erin says, "If you want to know about a person and how they treat themselves, pay attention to how they feed themselves." There are so many changes that happen in college including how you eat. What if we thought about food relating to self-love? This episode is centered around how we nourish ourselves!
