You're allowed to change your mind

You're allowed to change your mind
    #44

As mamas we often get stuck in our decision-making because of the pressure of perfectionism and the weight we think that decision will have on our families. I am here to tell you that it's okay to release the heaviness of that expectation especially if the decision you made didn't align to your core values. Our western, linear way of thinking has us believing in "right and wrong" terms versus "being informed and aligned" to our decisions and using that as our guiding compass.
