How can we put into words when our heart is feeling wrenched by the storms of life? Psalm 88 is a good one to turn to. The beauty of the psalms is they encompass all of the emotions we can experience. God never leaves us, no matter what we may feel in the moment. He's with us in the highs and the lows.
