    E 158 Greatest Hits Volume 2

This Thursday marks the 3rd birthday or 3rd Anniversary of Better Regulate Than Never, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this journey with you.

I deliberately chose this date because it's a day that holds deep significance in my heart—it's my dad's birthday. He would have turned 96 this year. While I dearly wish he were here to witness the path I've taken in this life, I often feel his presence around me, reassuring me that he knows and supports what I'm doing.

Last week, we took a journey through a Best Of episode that explored the vast spectrum of emotions, which lies at the heart of Better Regulate Than Never. My mission has always been about embracing and normalizing ALL emotions, recognizing that they are an essential part of our human experience.

This week's Best Of episode is a treasure trove of actionable insights. We'll delve into strategies for dealing with everyday challenges like bullying, overcoming procrastination, navigating people-pleasing tendencies, understanding love languages, and addressing the feeling that things should conform to a specific mold.

I can't wait for you to tune in and join me in celebrating this milestone. Your support and engagement have been instrumental in making Better Regulate Than Never what it is today, and for that, I am endlessly grateful.

Thank you for being part of this journey, and here's to many more years of exploring and better regulating our emotions together. I genuinely hope you enjoy this week's episode.
