So this may, or may not, come as a shock to you, but growing up, I was never a big fan of sports, either playing, or watching them.  But, it's pretty safe to say that sports have been entwined in our culture and society for over a century at this point, but during the 90s, it was taken to a whole new level.  Not only did you have dominant teams in all of the major professional sports, but you also started seeing athletes in commercials, movies and TV shows, PLUS let's not forget about the HUGE uptick in merchandise.  You had jackets, action figures, video games, you name it.

Being one of the greatest players in hockey history doesn’t automatically mean you’re entertaining to listen to, but we all know Brett Hull is equal parts talented and hilarious. He registered 100+ points in a season four times, finished his career with 741 goals, had three 70+ goal seasons, won two Stanley Cups... you get the point. Hully chatted with us before another day of golfing - he talked about his strong feelings on Nazem Kadri, voiced his displeasure about Gretzky's corner seat on the TNT broadcast, his stint in management with Sean Avery, and much more.
