Vor 6 Jahren hatte Jan einen schweren Unfall erlitten und ist über die Reha zum Trailrunning gekommen. Heute, nach 5 Jahren Training wird er beim E51 (51km mit 2.700hm) starten.

Welchen Stellenwert der Sport in Jans Leben gefunden hat und wie man spontan über 100km bei einem Backyard läuft, das hört ihr in dieser Folge.

Für uns geht es in die Sommerpause und wir hören uns dann wieder im September!
