Mary (mother) was crushed as she endured Gabi’s (daughter) job rejections for a host of reasons. Mary realized no one would hire Gabi despite her love of service, hard work, and effervescent personality. This discrimination is all to common for adults with special abilities. Only 18% of adults with a special ability are employed. This presented the opportunity for Mary and Gabi to focus on employing more people with special abilities. Gabi’s Grounds is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with special abilities. This opportunity focuses on coffee-related merchandise through which they provide meaningful employment and workplace training for individuals to become self-reliant and self-supporting. In addition to Gabi’s Grounds (https://gabisgrounds.com/), Mary and Gabi launched Gabi’s PALS! (Packaging, Assembling, Labeling, and Shipping!) Gabi’s PALS employs 42 people with special abilities! Ambassadeur de l'association, Victor Lobry est aussi un joueur essentiel du Pau FC en Ligue 2. Il brille depuis 2 ans mais il voulait s'engager pour une cause juste. Niché entre les Pyrénées et l'océan, le natif de Picardie s'est logiquement tourné vers l'écologie. Aujourd'hui, nous vous parlons d'une association qui fait beaucoup pour aider le football à devenir plus vert. Il s'agit de Football Ecologie France.
Avec lui, nous avons discuté d'écologie, de petits efforts comme des grands, de son rôle d'ambassadeur ainsi que ses projets avec l'association FEF. Un mec bien qui veut agir à son niveau. Un bel exemple pour des footeux qui chercherait à optimiser leur notoriété pour une juste cause.

Si le CBD est partout aujourd'hui, notre invité a décidé de ne pas jouer la même partition que la concurrence. Ancien sportif de haut niveau et joueur international de Beach Volley, Edouard Rowlandson a créé SPORT & GREEN en 2020. Objectif numéro s'appuyer sur le cannabidiol (mais pas que) pour aider les sportifs a mieux se soigner. Avec un fil conducteur : faire de la nature, la pharmacie officiel des sportifs.
Pour atteindre ses objectifs il doit abattre des murs et convaincre les gens que le CBD peut changer leur vie. Les athlètes de haut niveau adhèrent mais le tabou est encore énorme. Mais voilà encore un défi que notre nouvel entrepreneur n'a pas peur de relever. J'ai appris beaucoup en discutant avec lui. Emylene is from Alberta, Canada, where she enjoys backpacking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, canoeing, kayaking, and horseback riding.
