The group members are expected to be active participants, offering insights and feedback to others, as well as taking constructive criticism and advice.

Joining a mastermind can be a great way to gain new perspectives, learn from others, and hold yourself accountable to achieving your goals. However, it's important to find a group that aligns with your values and interests, and that you feel comfortable sharing personal and professional information with.
