105 - "Dokken, Cinderella, This is What Peak Male Performance Looks Like."
On this episode Peter Bog returns to the fold as Duel, Richard and Pete discuss "No Pain, No Gain," the newest single from Austrian Death Machine. The guys also review "Gods of Fire" from Firstborne and "American Gothic" from Wayfarer.
There is also the return of Mordor Metal Monthly, this time shining a spotlight on Dwarf metal band Wind Rose which leads into a discussion of cheese and camp in heavy metal, just when is it too much??

Here's The Deal Podcast - The Max Baker Jr. Story - Episode 21 - Cain's Ballroom Special Episode
SPECIAL EDITION/BONUS EPISODE - CAIN'S BALLROOM - www.cainsballroom.com
In this episode, the Here's The Deal Podcast crew, Jay, Josh, Jeff & Max all travel to the historic Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma and set up shop, backstage in the green room at this legendary venue. We all take turns talking about legendary shows we've seen in this venue. We are also joined by Big Dad Ritch of The Texas Hippie Coalition who was mere moments away from taking the stage, headlining the Annual Cancer Sucks Benefit Concert thats held at the Cains the day after Thanksgiving every year. www.cancersucks.com is an incredible, Tulsa based charity ran by Rick & Patti Horton. It is completely volunteer ran & every penny they raise is donated to help fund Cancer research projects or to Cancer facilities in the State of Oklahoma. Big Dad Ritch of THC shares his story of playing the Cains Ballroom for the very first time, opening for Cross Canadian Ragweed & smoking with Cody Canada underneath the stage. Max, Jeff & Jay talk about seeing Robert Plant as a spectator, watching the Kings of Leon at the Cains & tell their experience of that day from 3 different perspectives. We also talk about the numerous multiband local metal shows Max was apart of at the Cains, including one billed as "Emcee'd by The Midget & The Tall Guy" with Jay Ramone & the Tripod Man himself, Mini Mike Cook.

66: Shock Rock
We welcome new friend of the show, Joseph from The Hallmark of Greatness podcast. He decided to bring the satanic Shock Rock to our attention this week. Although halfway through recording, I think it becomes apparent that we only wanted to talk about one band really.
Shock rock is an important staple in a musical diet and if you haven't experienced the child like glee of the raunchy stage shows and childish methods of getting a reaction out of people. Then you have truly missed out on one of life's sweetest pleasures.
Thanks for listening and hopefully you were mildly entertained and/or insulted.
Please look up the socials to find more information on the guests and any projects they are working on.

EP 47. Joey is a Punk Rocker
All Joey wanted for his birthday was to be on The New Dad Rock. And The New Dad Rock obliged. In their most-poignant episode yet, listen to Joey talk about growing up in the 70s, going to punk shows, and raising an autistic son. Find out how One Direction is like The Sex Pistols and why angry music makes you calm. We could have called this episode "Punk is Dad." Happy Birthday Joey!

Talks! Episode 48 - Steve Munsell (Üblisch/Contagious Graphics)
This week, I spoke to Steve Munsell, via Skype, all the way from Arizona! While we, of course, talked about Contagious Graphics and how it got started, we also talked about his two bands (Unvoiced and Üblisch), his time traveling with touring bands, his current money making hobby with model accessories, and why he left not only Contagious Graphics, but also Charlotte (and never looked back). Lots of names dropped in this one, including a ton of bands, as Steve is one well connected dude!
