Minisode: No Doubt 'Just a Girl' (1995)
For this week's mini music episode, we're taking a lil trip back to 1995 when "Just a Girl" by No Doubt made its debut! The video featured Gwen Stefani in all her badassery: Dickies pants with a DIY fabric stripe on the side, thrifted DIY bedazzled and iron-on crop tops, cholo initial belts...'90s youths (especially our fellow Socal babies) will get hit with a tidal wave of fashion nostalgia. What's cool is that Gwen styled herself and did her own makeup back in those days too! Speaking of, we also discuss Gwen's newly launched makeup brand, GXVE: https://www.sephora.com/brand/gxve-by-gwen-stefani

Just Your Average New Yorker
Hi guys!! I'm so excited to introduce my "Chit Chat" segment. I'll have a Chit Chat segment on once a month or every other week, with a guest. We will talk about various different topics. This week my good friend Mauro joined me and we discussed and dissected the lyrics from the song "Mama's Broken Heart" by Miranda Lambert. We have all faced heartbreak in our lives and sometimes you just have to laugh about it. Thank you Miranda for a great song that we can all relate to at some point in our lives.
Episode 2: Drums: Bryan Taylor
On this episode, we sit down with Bryan Taylor to discuss all things drumming in the context of worship. We dive into the gear one needs, the mentality one needs, and the difference between playing for a pop tour and playing for a worship service.

155: JIMMY PETTINATO/Production Manager/Trans-Siberian Orchestra, No Doubt, Goo Goo Dolls
Jimmy Pettinato is a veteran Production Manager based in his hometown of Scranton, PA.
In spite of his long resume marked by some of the biggest names in the music business, Jimmy has never strayed far from his family’s hard-working, no-nonsense, Italian-American roots. Born into a legacy of carpenters, day laborers, and mechanics, Jimmy’s career choices seemed predetermined. However, once he discovered he had a knack for lighting design, it was only a matter of time before a life on the road would change his fortunes for good.
After several years as both Lighting Designer and Production Manager, Jimmy ultimately made the switch to focus solely on being the best Production Manger he could, and through his career he has worked with the likes of Trans Siberian Orchestra, No Doubt, Spin Doctors, PINK, New Kids On the Block, Backstreet Boys, Goo Goo Dolls, and many, many more.
Sharing the ride with Jimmy is his wife, FOH Engineer Michelle Pettinato.
