    # 23 Sleep Quality - from the dental perspective. With Sahil Bareja

    # 23 Sleep Quality - from the dental perspective. With Sahil Bareja

So when has the quality of your sleep been a concern for your dental practitioner?

Sahil Bareja is a dental clinician and has his masters in sleep medicine. In this episode, I chat with Sahil about this area of oral health care and how we are seeing huge wellness gains in our clients when the ‘red flags’ are noticed and the clients are steered in the right direction.

Since the discovery that all not all teeth grinding stress-related, and that there are proven associations between sleep and other systemic health concerns including oral health problems,  dental practitioners who are trained to look for signs and symptoms see things with a different set of eyes! Patients who are otherwise presenting as ‘well’ may be helped in more ways than they know.

Sahil has extensive knowledge on this subject and shares many of these during this episode. The information Sahil discussed in this episode is important for those who want to live their best life!
