    PK and BK dive right into the holidays and family and the stress that both of them can put on someone. The biggest discussion of the last few weeks was how we can give back to the listeners. How do we create a healthy lifestyle as adults? PK starts to break down four key things in his life that he battles with: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. There is a hard and bad cycle that you can get into at a young age but how can we as adults break those chains that hold us back some days? One of the biggest things that started PK on this journey was that he wants to be a healthy father at 40 (which is right around the corner for him). He didn't just want to be a fit dad but a dad that is healthy mentally, emotionally, and spiritually too. Part of that health journey means BK needs to also be on this kick. They want to show the viewers how trying to be 1% better each day can truly change your life's trajectory forever. Time management is a huge part of mental health. PK shows you there is a way but we, as a Backyards and Bevvies community, can help each other with positivity to keep going when you mess up. This challenge is for 1 year and is not a diet mentality but a true lifestyle change. How can we look up to these 1% athletes for inspiration but still find a healthy balance in life that allows you to be fit and strong in your body, mind, soul, and heart? PK and BK then discuss how is it that someone like Clark Griswald can be looked at as a “warrior in a garden”?
