    ….last week we spoke of nutrition, in a VERY broad sense, and why it is probably the foundational bedrock of all wellness 

    -this week we talk about physical exercise in the same way, and why it’s important to maintain that physicality as you age. 

     

    Why is this topic important?

    For myself…I never felt my strongest until I took the time to understand how to best take care of my my health, which for me started at CrossFit with the idea of sustainable workouts.
