    I didn't think coaching was really a possibility for me, but after what felt like going out on a limb, I finally got a job as a High School coach.  Now I've coached Jr. Run Clubs, Summer Running Camps, Middle School Cross Country,  High School Cross-Country and Track, and even a few adults one on one.  I've loved working with each of these groups and today's episode is all about the how and why of coaching these different ages - lots of tips and a few great stories too.

    In this episode, Run Breiter brings on his great friend Amanda Pulaski. Amanda grew up in the same hometown in Long Island as Run Breiter, and had the pleasure of running on the track team together and have been friends ever since. 

    Amanda shares her stories of running Marathons such as NYC, Disney, and her road to Chicago this October. Amanda also enjoys swimming, biking, hiking and many other fitness activities. She has competed in a few Triathlons, with her favorite being the Bermuda Triathlon. 

    Other running advice is also shared in this episode, such as how to start running, running in the morning, running for mental/physical benefits, favorite running spots, favorite running shoes, and injury prevention. Enjoy this episode and don't forget to Run Breiter of course!
