This mystical dialogue is pure poetry! After only having one brief encounter together at a conference several years ago, David Hoffmeister and Miranda Macpherson join together and open up a delightful window into their lives, as two happy mystics experiencing parallel healing journeys.

Health is inner peace. Once you really go within and take everything back to the mind, it becomes clear that there are no health issues in the world because the world is causeless, It has no source, being not of God.

As long as we are deceived about our identity, we are in an extremely confused state. So confused that as Jesus says in ACIM, "you cannot judge your advances from your retreats."
As we allow our minds to be trained and become uncompromising in our desire for truth, we can start to have fun with this hypothetical world.

Often in this world we find ourselves wanting to be helpful and then finding ourselves conflicted and wondering, "How did this happen? How did I get in so much conflict? I was trying to help."
This talk explores the difference between false empathy and true empathy. When we first start taking a stance for truth and say, "No", to the false, often we are accused and judged by the world. Yet on this journey as we join with the Holy Spirit we are asked to say, "No", to many things. The more we do this, the more we experience that the fears in our mind simply melt away.

This world is a world of distraction. It was made to keep you mindless. As you start to pull away from these distractions it will seem that your life gets more tumultuous as you are turned upside down.
The top tier of your self concept or 'Face of Innocence', was made to prevent you from looking upon a self that you believe is 'draped with sin'.
As we join with our mighty companions and have the willingness and courage to look at this dark and hidden self, we approach what is underneath and what we are in truth; pure blazing light!

David talks about the desire to go home and the journey to enlightenment. He tells us that just when we get comfortable in the world the floor will fall out and we will feel like we're falling. He encourages us not to be discouraged. It's just a transition into something that's very stable and very strong. We have to learn to trust in the falling and know that it is for our good.

Gain a new perspective of our fear of love and the roll of the Comforter. Join David as he takes us deeper into how our fear of love and intimacy is really the fear of the power of our mind; that somehow we actually had the power to miscreate and turn away from God's Love. But God answered this strange belief instantaneously with The Comforter (Holy Spirit).

One participant expresses that she feels she like she's betraying her brother by her inclusive forgiveness and fears that her light would be offensive to him.
David expounds upon the meaning of true empathy as he quotes Jesus from ACIM, "One of the most difficult ideas to grasp is true empathy." If any mistreatment in any degree could be possible for one person then that would mean there is no God. It runs that deep. Because again, God is Source and God is Perfect.

David addresses a participant's frustrations over being expected to compromise (the Truth) as David explains that this journey is coming to the end of all compromise. Whenever we believe we can make up our identity (taking on the human identity) we have started compromising.
So, when you answer the call to go home, you're saying in your heart, "I will not compromise with the Light." There is no compromise with God. You either believe the Truth or not at all.

When you open your heart up & you allow your emotions to come up, sometimes you will have very dark emotions surface.
This is really the goal of community living.
Community is not necessarily a place to learn only metaphysics; this is a place to go through the process of transformation. It is a place where you feel safe enough, you trust enough, to allow any emotions to come into awareness.

The essence of who you are IS the gift. But it has no reference point...at all. To see innocence is to see no past, to have no reference point, no stories from which to judge or draw conclusions. You come completely blank and open to the Holy Spirit and His interpretation.

David answers the call for Love as one participant wants to go deeper into how to receive the Atonement. He takes us back into right-minded thinking as he removes the idea that attack is possible. Minds cannot attack and you never pulled your mind away from God ~ impossible.

David explores the concept of lack as he addresses one participant's feelings of loneliness. How does one feel God's Presence? Once again he artfully traces everything back to faulty , upside-down thinking and provides clarity in the solution. Feeling lonely is a prompt or a prayer for opportunities to give, to extend God's Love. "The deeper you go...you're opening to a stillness, a purification of mind where you want to have nothing but God on your alter."

David explains how being Truly Helpful means following the Joy of the Spirit. When you're happy you want to give it away. And that's how you keep it. So let go and let the Spirit shift your perception and bring you to the Miracle Minded Presence of See No Error.

Come join David as he takes you through the "Dark Night of the Soul" into The Real Alternative. When you see that trials and tribulations have no value, you'll let go of the investment in illusions. Listen to that Small, Still Voice within and follow It as It takes you beyond the darkness into Heights of Happiness.

If your desire is really strong for Peace, and Love, and God, then you can relax knowing that God will provide everything you need on your journey to Spiritual Awakening. You are not responsible for the end or the means.

In this world we can get so caught up in busy doings that we don't even take the time to stop and question what it is we are really valuing. As we reorient our minds toward what is truly valuable, we naturally desire stillness and being used in Purpose.
As this strengthens within, people pleasing tendencies begin to drop away and we become less concerned with "rocking the boat." We really can stop trying to manage the world. We can step back and TRUST that Spirit will manage it all for us.

In this world it seems as though we have a choice between the Holy Spirit and the ego. Choosing for the Holy Spirit will lead the mind back to Oneness where there is no choice.
Jesus offers us very helpful and practical advice in Lesson 49 of A Course in Miracles: It is quite possible to listen to God's voice all through the day without interrupting your regular activities in any way.

Enjoy this beautiful parable from David about his early days on the path and how important it is to allow all the emotions to come up and out. He realized that it was not going to be possible to feel love and joy if he did not allow himself to feel everything else.
The more allowance we can give ourselves, the better. The water may become rocky for a moment but it is going to lead to smooth sailing and stillness.

The ego has made up a world where money seems to be important. It is exchangeable for so many perceived needs that it takes on an exaggerated importance and we believe that it provides security. But our true security is peace of mind. Our security is in forgiveness and in presence.
If you give yourself over to the Holy Spirit to let miracles be performed through you then that will lead you to the experience that you are totally taken care of.
