- Seeking validation through partying and drinking
- Addicted to Porn & Masturbation
- Suicidal
- Bad relationships with my parents
- Felt SO LOST and uncertain on my direction
- Binge eating 

All whilst knowing that I was DESTINED for greatness.

After 150 Podcasts, becoming a professional body builder, moving interstate, travelling alone, coaching over 150 men, creating 2 networking communities and finding the love of my life its safe to say that I OVERCAME myself.

250km around a looped all in the name of suicide and mental health awareness!

Jansen Andre is a plant based athlete who has a passion for pushing the limits of his endurance training.

He recently embarked on one of his most gruelling challenges yet!

In today’s fast paced world we often neglect our emotions as we think it will slow us down or impact our path to success!
