    About Max Moala

    Max Moala is a married father of three children under the age of three, the CEO and founder of API Investments LLC, the co-owner of Live to Give Realty LLC, and the managing member of Poly Capital Group LLC. He has been investing in single-family homes for five years but is currently concentrating on multifamily properties.

    In order to pursue their ambition, Max quit his work in January 2022, sold his house, and moved his family to Dallas, Texas. In less than a year, he went from being a limited partner in 160 units to becoming a general partner in 66 units. He also has 29 units under the contract that will close at the end of June 2022.

    Max played rugby and football while studying accounting at the University of Utah. He played a key role as manager in expanding the business from $3 million to $10 million in profit in less than 4 years.
