Q&A - Caloric Deficit, Cravings & Exercises to Tone
In today's episode of the DDC Podcast, I addressed some of the questions that you asked me on Instagram. These questions were primarily related to nutrition and training:
    • What are some low-calorie foods to eat when cravings are high?
    • Which exercises should individuals perform to reduce fat and achieve toning?
    • Are there any specific foods to consume before or after training?
    • What are the tips to increase food intake and aid in gaining muscle mass?
    • I've maintained a caloric deficit for 4 months, but I haven't seen any changes.
Remember to send me your questions so I can cover more of these topics next week and assist you on your fitness journey.

Thank you for your support, really appreciate it 💚.

low reps high weight vs low weight high reps

How do I get lean? Should I do low weight high reps or low reps high weight? What's the difference?

These are great questions and in this episode I will break down the pros and cons of each. I will also share my own training regime where I utilize each of these to maximize my physique, performance, and strength gains. I will also be sharing some loop holes you can use to lift heavy with low reps but still make it high reps to achieve the ultimate physique.

    Key Takeaways

    • The benefits of lifting heavy and lifting light. Some things you need to keep in mind
    • What the main focus in lifting is. How muscle grows and how to make it grow
    • Loop holes on how you can make low reps be high reps and manipulating the body to not know the difference

98 How To Lose Body Fat

98 How To Lose Body Fat

Ready for a healthy and simple way to burn fat? To tell your belly, arms, back, and the whole body YES you can let go of the fat? Sounds crazy but there is no dieting necessary! Just 3 little shifts:

    How to Lose Body Fat

It’s simple to burn fat whenever you follow these three tips

There’s a lot of confusion about when to eat carbs, if you should eat carbs, what carbs you should eat Etc., should you eat protein and carbs at the same time?

Should you eat a high-protein low-carb diet? The information overwhelm is a reality!

Eliminate the confusion because God has made your body to eat a balanced oh, to be in Balance when we eat balanced Whole Foods, but there is a order that you need to eat them in to get your fat burning natural body mechanisms working for you instead of against you!

There are three steps to burn fat fast.

    1. Start every meal with TWO bites of protein. You got your hummus, eggs, lean meat.

Are you out at a restaurant?

It doesn’t have to be tricky following this advice.

Politely say no to the waiter when he gives you a few slices of bread. Wait for your protein dish to come, or you can even bring your own protein-rich food at a restaurant.

Maybe a bag of nuts, pumpkin seeds… Whatever to snack on if you really want to munch on something because you’re hungry.

    2. At every meal, be sure to eat protein and carbs.

There’s a lot of mind-boggling information proliferating the internet but you got to understand that a good, healthy carb is what your body needs. So we’re talking about whole grains, veggies, legumes, beans (beans and legumes are also protein sources, by the way!).

What happens when you combine protein and carbs is quite fascinating…

You create a “fire” in your body that burns fat.

    Pretty amazing, huh?

It’s really all in the right combination of food that can help you stay healthy, maintain your desired weight, and feel great about your body!

It takes practice and consistency to develop this habit.

But the more regularly you are with these simple fat burning tips, the better your energy level and overall health will be too!
