Nick and Kohl join D3 basketball's best podcast in the business to talk about this season, their careers at Juniata and look ahead to the last two regular season games. The Eagles play Catholic on Wednesday and must revenge a terrible loss in DC. Tom is demanding the whole student body come out for this one. And then they finish the regular season at Scranton, which is likely a big game for  final playoff positions. We're down to crunch time #JuniataNation - Let's go get two big wins this week and roll into the playoffs on fire.

    First and foremost have a PLAN.

    Don’t wing it but plan WHEN you’re going to do your training.

    Create the space in your diary for one you’re going to do this.

    Have a format of WHAT you’re going to do when you reach your dedicated training time and space.

    Don’t fear getting back to basics and taking things easy to begin with.

    Also, make your plan ADAPTABLE - it could be quite a hectic time in Gyms very soon so having free rein of all the equipment may not happen.

    Go armed with variability and freedom to still execute your workout plan.

    If you are limited to the weights you can use, applying some overload techniques or adjustments to HOW you do the movement can make it feel totally different and create a better outcome.
