The question I am probably asked most often is, HOW do I turn my idea into an online business?
That’s the easier part of a larger puzzle.
From my experience, the real question should rather be, CAN I turn my idea into an online business?
Can versus How?
Subtle difference there, but it does have huge consequences in the lives of so many women.
You see, YOU have a problem!
For so long you have been living with the fact that someone, a very long time ago said to you, YOU CAN’T!
You can’t be an actress, author or astronaut. And you believed them.
You can’t be what you were really born to be. And you believed them.
You can’t be successful. And you believed them.
You can’t live a life of purpose and significance. And you believed them.
Furthermore, you have been proving them right every, single day, since.

True story and it’s tragic.

Over the last year I’ve had some extremely talented women reach out to me for help to take their businesses online.
Now most of them came to me with amazing “Zones of Geniuses” that they are eager to share with the world, but they are not sure how to do it.
Some of them have a traditional brick and mortar business and realised they have to go online, but they are really stuck on how to move forward…
Some of them have even tried to do this on their own but were just going round and round in circles, doing a bit of everything and not really getting anywhere.
Do you want to know why they were struggling?
It was because they didn’t have a clear goal or road map on what they wanted and where they were heading.
You know they always say…if you don’t know where you’re going, any road will do…and seriously if you don’t have a plan and a road map on exactly what it is you want and even more importantly how you are going to get there…you are going to struggle.
So, after working with them, providing structure and getting clear on exactly what it was that they wanted out of their business and out of their lives, they started achieving the same big outcome we all strive for…
…and that outcome is what I believe is the #1 reason behind why we all end up starting a business in the first place…
And what might that be, you may ask?
Well it’s called FREEDOM!
Creating freedom is why you decided to get into business, right?
To be able to live your life on your own terms…
To be able to do what you love each and every day…
To take back control of your FINANCES
To live your passion every day…
To serve and help others…
To be able to live wherever you want…
To spend quality time with the people that really matter in your life….
Because at the end of the day we only have this one life…we only have one go at it…so we might as well go for it and live full out!
Now, I want you to know that your freedom…that life you are dreaming about all comes down to ONE NUMBER in your business…
A number that you should be putting all your energy and focus on until you reach it!

So even though 2020 came with a lot of challenges, it also came with a lot of opportunities. Opportunities are everywhere around us, we just need to keep our eyes and ears open to what’s going on around us…
"But how do we find these opportunities", you might ask?
Well, you need to find out what people are having a problem with and then purely offer a solution to that problem…and that’s exactly what I did in 2020.

After arriving here in South Africa in late March, lockdown happened a week later, and we all know the devastating effect that has had on the economy of the country. People couldn’t go to work, some people’s salaries were cut, people with small businesses couldn’t open and subsequently couldn’t earn money and so on and so on…
I was watching how restaurants, airbnb’s, beauty salons, real estate agents and so many more people from different industries were struggling financially because of this lockdown…while all along my own online business was not only surviving but actually growing.

And that’s when I got this idea…I realised I had the knowledge that could help so many people that’s going through this difficult time to take their businesses and go online…and before I knew it, I was putting together a course that teaches women in South Africa to take their businesses online - whether they had an existing business or just an idea of something, or even a hobby they love doing they would like to turn into an online business…

And that’s how my “Kickstart Your Online Business” program was born.
