    Episode 58: Anxiety Ft. Locksmith

This week, Reg is joined by Owen, Baba, Uzo and Locksmith from Rudimental. The episode title isn’t an accident as the conversation focuses around mental health and what we as men do or more importantly don’t do to stay healthy mentally. From depression to panic attacks, the room share stories and practical advice in an episode that might be helpful, might be insightful, either way, it’s a healthy listen.

Episode 57: “Guess what” Ft Becca Dudley

This week, Reg is joined by Owen, Baba and Becca Dudley for a chat about Identity, how you appear Vs. How you’re perceived. Well, that’s where it begins, then it devolves into something else entirely. There’s a “guess what” game, a rom-com deep dive, a Becca DM excursion and Reg and Baba go to the movies again. That’s just the half of it. Becca, you’re welcome back anytime.

Episode 55: MUSIC, LOVE & DIALYSIS Ft. Lonyo.

This week on #TRYP Reg is joined by Owen, Baba and special guest Lonyo. In what is the longest episode of the show yet, the conversation begins with Lonyo’s connection to club culture, stretching from London’s west end to meeting a teenage Reg in Ayia Napa. Taking a massive detour, health and well-being become the focus as Lonyo’s story and life became more about staying healthy and positive over being in the right party. What would you do if your normal life changed overnight and staying alive became the priority? This chat goes to places none of us expected and is a special one. This week on the Podcast, Ashley Walters joins for a conversation so varied in its subject matter and valuable in its content we’ve had to split this into two parts. Episode 53: TOPBOY Ft. Ashley Walters (Part 1) is a conversation I’m looking forward to sharing and the dialogue it should start. We discuss fatherhood and Ashley’s 8 kids, the reality of his past affecting his present, the teenager obsessed with So-Solid who got asked to join AND SO MUCH MORE. This isn’t an interview, it’s the conversation someone of Ashley’s experience and achievements deserves. As ever Owen, Baba and Uzo are present so make sure you follow the team online:

Film Fans Review: Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw (spoilervrij)

Film Fans Review: Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw (spoilervrij)

    Episode 47: BABABABA

    Episode 47: BABABABA

This week Reg is joined by Owen, Baba and Uzo who dive deep into the fast-approaching first day on set for Uzo’s next project as director. It gets weird.

Reg introduces a new segment to the show that infuriates Owen as it not only doesn’t involve him, but celebrates Baba and Reg’s movie going through a genius theme tune.

Baba and Reg at the movies sees the boys review two movies they saw this week, The Lion King and Dead Don’t Die.

There’s also a Mahershala Ali Blade discussion, theme tune sing-song and Baba’s admission of not seeing a few classic films sees him on the receiving end of a dressing down. Grab a chair and a cuppa, we’re here all week.

    Episode 46: Samuel L Fox.

This week, Reg is joined by Owen, Uzo, Baba and a room full of friends for a conversation that spans more peaks and valleys than should be possible in the time given.

Everything from Owens beef with Spider-Man, to what it means to be a father to a girl today is discussed and picked apart suitably. There’s the usual amount of laughs, but as ever, moments of transparency the room never plans for, but can’t help but get to take the conversation beyond the superficial.

Join the conversation on social media, hit play and join the team in a room filled with far more giggles than necessary.

This week Reg is joined by the full crew. Owen, Baba, Uzo plus friend and much talked about extended family Yemi Bamiro chew the fat in a busy studio populated with a few more friends and family than normal.

Outside of the usual shenanigans, the room discuss fatherhood and the unavoidable movement redefining culture across the pond in the U.S. Detailed with greater depth in Reg’s latest documentary, his director and friend Yemi Bam unpacks some of the themes of the film you can now see on BBC iPlayer this week.

Why has Daniel Sturridge become John Wick? Why was Stormzy’s Glastonbury performance so important and what happened when we broke out the auto tune again? Press play, we’re here all week.
