This week Mark is in with The Idaho Department of Correction's David Birch, who is the chief of the department’s Division of Probation and Parole. David began his career in the criminal justice system in 1997 with Ada County Juvenile Court Services. He joined IDOC as a probation and parole officer in 2003. In the years since, he has served as a section supervisor, district manager and most recently as deputy chief of Probation and Parole.
