Bruce C. E. Fleming Part 1 | I learned how to let the Bible speak!

Bruce C. E. Fleming Part 1 | I learned how to let the Bible speak!

In my early years as a speaker in Youth Ministry I developed the bad habit of picking my ILLUSTRATIONS FIRST and burying the message of the passages that were assigned to me to speak on! It took me a year and a half in seminary to learn how to let the passage speak for itself! At the Tru316 Foundation we take great care to let God speak to us through word studies and through analysis of the literary patterns that are present in the 7 key passages on women and men related to Genesis 3:16.

I had a handful of illustrations I  always used. But the Bible speaks to us about more than that! I'm afraid many others in ministry haven't carefully let the original 11 Hebrew words in Genesis 3:16 speak to us. What my wife clearly revealed in her research on Genesis 2-3 we carefully included in two of our books (see Tru316.com/trubooks),

    1. Man and Woman in Biblical Unity: Theology from Genesis 2-3 by Dr. Joy Fleming (available as a free audiobook from the top section of Tru316.com, and as an eBook on Amazon)
    2. The Book of Eden, Genesis 2-3 by Bruce C. E. Fleming (available as a hard copy and an eBook from Amazon and as an audiobook on Audible)

The Tru316 Foundation (www.Tru316.com) is the home of The Eden Podcast with Bruce C. E. Fleming where we “true” the verse of Genesis 3:16. The Tru316 Message is that “God didn’t curse Eve (or Adam) or limit woman in any way.” Once Genesis 3:16 is made clear the other passages on women and men become clear too. You are encouraged to access the episodes of Seasons 1-11 of The Eden Podcast for teaching on the seven key passages on women and men. Are you a reader? We invite you to get from Amazon the four books by Bruce C. E. Fleming in The Eden Book Series (Tru316.com/trubooks). Would you like to support the work of the Tru316 Foundation? But what about the trustworthiness of the Bible? 02

But what about the trustworthiness of the Bible? 02

    2 Timothy 3:12-17 // Jonathan Neef

This morning, I hope to help you see that the Bible is God’s word to you. That the claims of scripture are bold and beautiful and that we must trust and obey what God says. To do that, we are going to ask and try to answer three questions: What are the Claims of Scripture? How can I Trust Scripture? Why should I Obey Scripture?

There is life in these pages because the Bible is the inspired word of God.

But What About the Bible? [But What About? 02]

    Luke 24:13-35; 2 Tim. 3:16-17 // Nydiaris Hernández-Santos

The Bible is an ancient collection of writings that tells a unified, coherent story about God’s salvation plan. But if it was written and compiled thousands of years ago, why should we trust it today? Why should it guide our lives?

Join us as we explore why the Bible is trustworthy and why it should inform how we live our lives in today’s world.

5 Life Changing Messages - John MacArthur

5 Life Changing Messages - John MacArthur

In this episode, Costi Hinn introduces our 2nd sermon of the summer series. Our preacher is John MacArthur, the message is "Inerrancy Under Attack," and it is from the 2015 Shepherd's Conference. MacArthur highlights the assaults that have come upon the Word of God and the authority and sufficiency of Scripture. Every Christian must know how the Bible is inerrant and why we stand for the truth of God's unchanging Word.

Are You Convinced... That the Bible is the Inerrant and Authoritative Word of God? (with Dr. Danny Akin)

Are You Convinced... That the Bible is the Inerrant and Authoritative Word of God? (with Dr. Danny Akin)

All believers, and particularly those in full time ministry, must be convinced of the inerrancy and authority of Scripture. Listen in as Dr. Danny Akin, President of Southeastern Baptist Theology, teaches with such clarity and conviction on this topic. We were already "convinced" on this topic, but Dr. Akin taught us new things and deepened that conviction.

"This book will keep you from sin or sin will keep you from this book."

Ep. 5 - Coppertail Brewing Co. Unholy Trippel Pt. 2
We’re still drinking Coppertail’s Unholy Trippel, which means we’re still talking about inerrancy and the inspiration of scripture. Toward the end, this episode gets raw, and truthfully, we had to ask for forgiveness afterward. But, don't let that stop you from joining us because this episode is an honest look at how hard disagreement can be between two people. Cheers? *Content Warning - Slavery*
