Milo McCabe is the creator of Troy Hawke, through whom the viral Greeters Guild series was born. As well as surprising the Manchester City Team, Peter Andre, Naughty Boy and various other celebrities with off the cuff compliments, he has been performing full time on the comedy circuit (domestic and international) for the last ten years and has won several awards. His 2019, 2021 and 2022 tours have all sold out as well as his last two Edinburgh runs.

The incredibly hilarious Lace Larrabee pulled up a chair to the Comedy Roundtable.

Lace Larrabee is an actor, nationally touring stand-up comedian and former southern beauty queen who can be seen at clubs from coast to coast. Lace was a season 17 semifinalist on America's Got Talent and was brought back at the finale show to roast judge Simon Cowell alongside the Roastmaster General himself, Jeff Ross!

Lace's debut comedy album,White Trash Cinderella, produced by 800 Pound Gorilla Records, was released in September 2022 at the number 1 spot on the comedy charts. The accompanying YouTube special garnered over 190k views in the first month and continues to climb.

Lace and fellow Atlanta comedian Katherine Blanford (The Tonight Show) co-host the hilariously healing podcast, CHEATIES! CHEATIES is a delicious, juicy, part of a well balanced diet. Every week, these two snarky co-hosts interview a guest who's either been cheated on or been the cheater. This podcast focuses on the mistakes we all make in relationships and more importantly, how we overcome them and make it out on top. 

Lace is also very passionate about helping to elevate the voices of other women. She founded Atlanta's first and only all female stand-up comedy class Laugh Lab at the legendary Punchline Comedy Club.  Laugh Lab now offers coed classes as well and was voted "2019 Best Comedy Class" by Atlanta Magazine.

Ralph Guerra pulled up a chair to the Comedy Roundtable after during a wild weekend of sold out shows at the Punchline Comedy Club touring with Samuel Comroe. We were able to pull him from the long after show merch line to sit down and chat about show topics Ghosting and Ways to Decline. We learned all about whether he would purchase a black market street turtle, who he would haunt in the afterlife and proper etiquette to decline an invitation. 

Ralph Guerra is a writer/comedian born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He wrote for the Comedy Central animated show, 'Triptank' for seasons one and two. He can be seen touring comedy clubs across the United States performing stand up comedy. He has starred in various short movies and sketches such as 'Knights of the Dead' and 'Alan The Dog.'

Today we sit down with sports performance coach Nathanael Morton. Nathanael specializes in improving basketball players' vertical jump and he's built a business surrounding this concept. We talk to him about why he did it, how he did it, and the tactics necessary to grow an online business. 

The first half of the podcast is more strategic and from a higher view point on growing a business in general. We talk about using your free time to work on your side hustle, constantly improving on your craft, and relentless execution. We also talk about a great information product that YOU can create and the people YOU can help. Sometimes escaping your 9 to 5 with an information product is as simple as helping the people who are several steps behind you.  

The second half of the podcast we settle into a great tactical conversation on growing an online business. Nate shares with us how he grew his audience, how he leverages social media to grow his business, and the business model he used to escape his 9 to 5 job.  This was a masterclass in online marketing and small business development. 

We finish the podcast off by asking Nate what his favorite books are and what the best piece of advice he ever received was. There's a lot of overlap between the books Nate recommends and the books Alex recommends showing that there are principles in business that translate regardless of the business model.

Best known as the winner of Last Comic Standing Season 8, Comedian Rod Man is truly a gem in the world of standup comedy today. His unique delivery and voice capture the attention of audiences. Rod Man has graced the stage at Caesar's Palace, The Gibson Amphitheater, and The Apollo Theater. He is currently the host of his own YouTube shows -- Time Out with Rod Man and That Good Funny. Rod Man is competing on the upcoming season of "Last Comic Standing" and has made many other television appearances, including "The Bad Boys of Comedy" for HBO, Martin Lawrence's "First Amendment" for Starz, Nick Cannon's "Wild 'N Out" for MTV, "One Mic Stand" for BET, "The Funny Spot" for TV One, and "The World Stands Up" for BBC America. On our first episode of A More Complete Beast we talked about the problem of addiction that's prevalent in society. Addiction can, and eventually will ruin your life. Today we sit down with Luke McHugh and work through defining addiction, the path to recovery, and taking a lifetime goal of staying clean and breaking it down to a day by day promise to yourself.

Comedian Nick Griffin pulled up a chair to the Comedy Roundtable in studio recently while on a break from performing at the Punchline Comedy Club in Atlanta.

Nick Griffin has appeared on Conan, The Late Late Show, in his own half-hour Comedy Central special and was featured on The Late Show with David Letterman eleven times.

A comic for more than 25 years, Griffin's smart, sarcastic and hilarious style makes him one of the most well-respected in the business.

Originally from Kansas City, Griffin lives in New York City, where he regularly performs at The Comedy Cellar, Stand Up NY, and Gotham Comedy Club.
