    Micky Smith is a Cross fit Athlete and runs a Gym outside Newry. He has competed at the highest level possible in the cross fit sport when he made it to the Game in 2019.

    As well as being crowned Irelands Fittest man in 2019 he finished the games being named the 26th Fittest man in the world!

    In this episode we talk about how he got started in his journey to reach the pinnacle of his sport along with delving into what it takes for training and nutrition.
