Well, Andrew Crupi of 'The Men of Action Podcast'  does and during the 2021 Adelaide Fringe Festival he watched all 9 Ernest films in release order & presented his theory on "The Importance of Seeing Ernest” to a live theatre audience at the amazing “House Of Spaghetti” venue.

Happy Halloween Episode 4 of “The Importance of Seeing Ernest” is Ernest Scared Stupid (1991) Famously this was the show where we had NO AUDIENCE! My Co- hosts were Al Grace and Mike Baldock.

Each episode in this spinoff MOA Podcast series will focus on 1 film in the Ernest cannon that Crupi and 2 guest hosts watched then went out on stage to discuss as a live comedy podcast. Will we find a grand connected narrative through the films? Will Crupi go mad? Will we finally understand what Ernest ment? Will anyone be interested in this? Episode 1 is Ernest Goes to Camp (1987) and my Co- hosts were Eddie Morrison and Peter Cortissos.

NOTE: Men Of Action fans we will still be releasing new MOA Podcast episodes later in the year. We just needed to take some time off this year for personal and professional reasons and these episodes of “The Importance of Seeing Ernest” were gathering dust in the Pantheon so we thought it best to release them before they exploded.

Hey Vern! Years ago our three hosts began a journey together as they watched all the Ernest films in chronological order for a podcast. As that quest neared its end, our heroes were entrusted with the Holy Grail of all things Ernest; the binders of Unmade Ernest Movie Ideas from the creators and writers of the Ernest film franchise. Having been blessed with this sacred text, they decided to share the treasures within with the world. They formed the Ernest P Worrell Preservation Society and will gather regularly to discuss these films that never were. They are the Denizens of Denim. The Excavators of Ernest.
