The Jets continue to be a story for all the wrong reasons during the offseason. Mecole Hardman was accused of leaking the Jets game plan to the Eagles and the Chiefs this past season. Rob Saleh was also voted in the bottom third of head coaches in the league by his players. Boomer said Hardman should be happy the Jets sent him back to KC. He shouldn’t be trashing them a month after the Super Bowl. Is there anything the Jets can do in the offseason to make us feel positive about this upcoming season? The Jets will probably end up with David Bakhtiari if Aaron Rodgers wants him here. Jerry is here for his first update and starts with Joe Douglas giving Zach Wilson permission to talk to other teams. Boomer thinks he’s going to Minnesota. Chris Russo has a hard time saying, ‘Caleb Williams’. Chiefsaholic has pleaded guilty to his bank robberies. Jerry went around the NBA last night. St. John’s won their third straight. Pete Alonso hit his first HR of Spring. In the last segment of the hour, we talked about Peter Schwartz son, Bradley, and where he will be going to college for ‘long snap’. The NFLPA survey had the Chiefs 31st out of 32 teams as far as players not liking the facility. Boomer talked about his time with the Bengals and how they started a food drive for the homeless but some of the players were taking the food instead. Then the homeless who were coming for the food were breaking into players cars.

Justin Fields was on video celebrating and it seems like he was celebrating news that he is going to the Falcons. Boomer still thinks there’s a chance he goes to the Raiders. We talked about the Bears looking to trade Justin Fields to draft Caleb Williams. Richard Lewis passed away and Al posted a photo of him and Richard. Jerry returns for an update and starts with Joe Douglas talking about Mecole Hardman and Zach Wilson. Steve Belichick was on a podcast and he sounds just like his father, Bill. Pat McAfee was on a podcast and talked about what a bad ass he is or something to that effect. Jerry went around the NBA last night. St. Johns won their third straight. We talked about the Knicks and all their injuries and how that will affect their playoff run. We also talked about the Rangers seasons so far and what they need to do in a playoff run. Mikey in Astoria calls to say it’s ‘Rempe-mania’ at the Garden. Jerry returns for his final update of the day and wonders why some NFL coaches don't go to the combine. Scott Boras talked about MLB teams cutting payroll compared to last season. The Moment of The Day involves the ‘penis pioneer’ of broadcasting. Two days in a row, NFL players trash the New York Jets in interviews. This can't be a good thing. The most important offseason move for the New York Jets is???? The same thing it was last year! Jets are a terribly run franchise and Joe Douglas confirms it after listening to his press conference at the NFL combine. Assistant Jets GM Rex Hogan was let go yesterday which really makes it seem like they think he could be one of the leaks to the media. Sources in the article are calling Joe Douglas the ‘assistant GM’ and Aaron Rodgers the actual GM of the team. Jerry said this is a ‘prove it’ season for the Jets. C-Lo is here for his first update of the day but first Gio wonders if Al will have a good time at the actual Super Bowl game. Kevin Durant got a tribute video in his return to Brooklyn. The Knicks go for their ninth win tonight at MSG against the Pacers. Brandon Tierney said of Robert Saleh, ‘why is he still the coach?’ Shaun Morash said, ‘this guy sucks’. In the final segment of the hour, new Panthers head coach Dave Canales wrote a book with his wife a few years back detailing his porn and alcohol addiction.

We played some of the brand new Billy Joel song, ‘Turn The Lights Back On’. We continued talking about new Panthers head coach Dave Canales and his revelation that he was addicted to porn a few years ago. A psychologist calls to talk about porn addiction. Gio thinks OnlyFans is worse than porn because you are interacting with an actual person and getting them to do things you want. C-Lo returns for an update but first we talked about the bad bathroom situation at stadiums. A listener had previously sent Gio an apparatus to wear so you can urinate in a bag at games. In the final segment of the hour, a caller said we need to bring back troughs in bathrooms at sporting events to prevent lines.

Mentalist Oz Pearlman is in the studio. He was the guy on Hard Knocks. He was amazing, naming Gio’s grammar school crush and a random guy Gio played high school football with. C-Lo returns for an update but we really just talked about how amazing Oz was. Eddie wasn’t impressed. C-Lo is back for an actual update and has a clip of Evan calling himself a loser. Stephen A. Smith gave us his Top 5 Sesame Street characters. 

Hour 4

People were giving Patrick Mahomes crap for having a ‘dad bod’ in the video celebration in the locker room after the game. Gio would love to have Mahomes’ body. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with Kevin Durant returning to Brooklyn. Larry David was on with Bill Simmons and wants to get rid of field goal kickers. He also doesn’t understand why Simmons still watches wrestling. The Moment of The Day involves Aaron Boone having adopted children and Al not being able to handle an adopted dog. In the final segment of the hour, Gio wants Zach Gelb to ask some questions for us when he talks to players during Super Bowl week.

Aaron Rodgers says all the right things at his introductory press conference. Jets fans should be ecstatic today and I'd expect Aaron to be a Jet for at least 2 years and perhaps 3. 

If you are a Jets Fan, there is no way not to like this deal!  Don't get caught up in how long Rodgers is going to be in New York.  You finally have a shot at making a deep playoff run, so be happy with that.
