    The Scotchy Bourbon Boys visited the J Henry & Sons  Distillery in Dane Wisconsin on Patton Road!  A Family of Farmers Joe and his wife Liz decided that besides growing corn for seed they were going to grow their own heirloom corn and make whiskey!  It was something Joe wanted to do and hoped it would also be something his two sons would want to do with them! They started to contract distill and aging their product waiting 5 years before bringing anything to market! the results were spectacular. wining spirit awards just backed up their knowledge that you could make delicious bourbon in Wisconsin .  we sat down with liz Henry and just had a wonderful time learning about her and her families journey into the bourbon industry, on this podcast of the Scotchy Bourbon Boys
