Ce que j'aime par dessus tout avec ce podcast, c'est qu'il me permet de découvrir de nouvelles personnes et de partager avec elles autour d'un sujet qui les passionne, le succès client. Et même avec un collègue, ces échanges apportent toujours de belles surprises ! C'est en tous cas ce qu'il s'est passé, une nouvelle fois, avec Aurélien Mars, head of CS chez LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

D'habitude, je passe en général 30 minutes d'échange pour préparer les sujets que nous allons aborder durant l'épisode et pour m'imprégner de tout ce que mon invité a à partager, et c'est déjà très riche. Avec Aurélien, 1h n'aura même pas suffit à faire le tour de tous les sujets que nous aurions pu aborder ! A chaque fois qu'il ouvrait un nouveau sujet, j'étais bluffé et je voulais en savoir plus !

Alors forcément, vous l'aurez compris, c'est un épisode très riche ! Nous avons parlé de la manière de démarrer un accompagnement CSM, avec un Customer Support solide avant tout. Nous avons surtout parlé de la manière dont il était possible de faire la transition de l'un à l'autre, et de la manière de la faire. Sujet très lié, il m'a expliqué ou selon lui devait se situer le Customer Success (avec sales ou support ?), et vous verrez que cela dépend de pas mal de facteurs !

Autre point clé pour Aurélien, nous avons parlé de "valeur non discutable". Comment apporter ce type de valeur de manière lisible et évidente aux clients mais aussi en interne, notamment au product, quand toutes les informations nécessaires aux CS sont souvent éclatées entre de nombreuses équipes, voir même chez le client directement.

Et enfin, Aurélien a abordé un sujet que j'ai trouvé particulièrement pertinent : la pyramide du succès client. Quatre niveaux de maturité des équipes CS et des clients, avec des actions et des besoins qui y sont liés. J'avoue que cette pyramide, en apparence assez logique, permet de simplifier pas mal de choses et d'apporter une meilleure compréhension de notre métier et de la manière de le faire efficacement.

Nous avons conclu en parlant d'un sujet particulièrement important aux yeux d'Aurélien en tant que manager : l'inclusion et la diversité. Pourquoi est-ce nécessaire dans une équipe CS, comment cela impacte l'équipe, et surtout, comment on y arrive, en travaillant autant en amont que possible et en s'alignant avec les équipes de recrutement.

J'espère que cet échange vous inspirera autant qu'il m'a inspiré, et que vous en retirerez plein de petites choses à mettre en place dans vos organisations.
