    Emily Fleming is a dynamic educator and yoga practitioner whose sankalpa, “Soft Heart, Courageous Truth”, guides her daily interactions and sparks her motivation to offer the transformative benefits of yoga to students of all ages. Emily offers self-care courses for educators, a suite of mentorship programs, and consulting services for K-12 schools and organizations looking to establish and offer yoga and mindfulness programs to their communities.A student of life and a dedicated holistic wellness professional, Emily fervently commits herself to personal growth for the benefit of humanity.
