Cecil has been honored with coveted titles to his credit such as winning the UPN 20 Motown Live Show and performing on the Dancing in the Street that is presented at the Miller Outdoor Theater by Motown he performed on SoulTrain 1974, Open NYE 2013 in the Grand room at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas also song for the President of the United States of America, President Barack Obama 2nd Inaugural ball. Through his ultimate passion for music and entertainment he topped the charts with musical legends such as Stevie Wonder, Main Ingredient, Norman Conners, 5th Dimension, and none other than Ray Charles himself. He continued on his journey with hard work and diligence with many other artists, including those from the Motown era. Cecil was on Soul Train in the 70‘s. Mr. Shaw is still singing and has a message for our youth.
