We caught up with Richard Mulligan of the Belfast Newsletter last weekend to discuss the current state of play in Ulster Senior rugby and what we can expect from their clubs in this season's All Ireland league. Scrum coaching expert Roly Meates who played and coached with Ireland was in Claremorris last week to help them with the launch of their pitch fund draw and provide to class scrum coaching to over 60 youth coaches from around the west. We spoke to him on a wide range of topics from the future of the club game to the need for more policing of the early push at scrum time.
