Pamella Jean and Samantha Bennington interview Anne Moss Rogers, who after losing her son Charles to suicide, started a blog EmotinallyNaked.com and was featured on TED Talks "Can a Blog Save Lives". Anne Moss offers her expert coping strategies, things to listen for to determine if someone is about to die by suicide and her thoughts on the TV Show "13 Reasons Why." She also bravely shares where to read her sons's final tweets, in hopes it will prevent others from missing the signs of when someone they love is about to take their own life.

In Steven Frain Sister's 8th episode, Pamella and Samantha our joined by their producer Zachary (Weintraub). They discuss triggers that bring up the painful reminders of the loss of their loved ones to suicide and share the coping tools they use to ease their grief. Samantha also shares how she dealt with Sunny Garcia's attempted suicide, as one of her closest friends KK, received the news while she's was a guest at Samantha's home.

In Steven Frain Sister's 7th episode, Pamella Jean and Samantha Bennington share some alarming stats about the significant increase of teenage suicides, as well as research regarding what may be contributing to teenagers high level of anxiety and depression. They also discuss their views on taking anti-depressants and recommend a few books that may help to improve the well being of those dealing with mental health issues.

Kristoff St. John's Death Calls Attention to Risks Facing Suicide Loss Survivors

Disney's Oscar-winning 2013 cultural sensation "Frozen," that created ear-worm songs for annoyed parents everywhere, is already considered a classic piece of Disney animation, rivaling the likes of "Beauty and the Beast" and "The Lion King," and has critics and moviegoers spewing nonsense about how its message is progressive and fresh when it's actually regressive and spoiled.

The flimsy, sloppy, incoherent plot is as follow: When their kingdom becomes trapped in perpetual winter, Princess Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell) joins forces with ice salesman Kristoff (voiced by Jonathan Groff) and his reindeer sidekick to find Anna's sister, Snow Queen Elsa (voiced by Adele Dazeem, er, Idina Menzel), to try and break her icy spell that she accidentally cast on everyone. Although their journey leads them to encounters with kidnapping trolls, an undead snowman (creepily voiced Josh Gad), harsh conditions, and magic at every turn, Anna and Kristoff push onward in a race to save their kingdom from winter's cold grip.

Um, yeah. We also get a fair share of Nordic stereotypes, skitzo characters, catchy songs that make no sense contextually to the plot, and unearned villainous turns.

In this special edition bonus episode Dean and Randy present Dean's interview with Team Katusha's star Alexander Kristoff.  Dean talked to Kristoff in the evening after the 2nd stage at the Amgen Tour of California.  Alex had won that field sprint that day taking third place.  Later in the week Kristoff won stage 7 in Santa Rosa, then capped off the week with another podium finish on the final stage in Sacramento.  Kristoff elaborates on how he first got into cycling and talks about enjoying his time as a professional, as well as his goals for this year.

Dean is back from vacation and he and Randy discuss all the latest bicycle races on the Warren Cycling Podcast.  They hold off on talking about the first grand tour, the Giro d' Italia until later in the podcast after reviewing the Tour of Romandie, Tour of the Gila, Tour of Yorkshire, and The Four Days of Dunkerque.  They discuss Mara Abbott's win in New Mexico as well as Jelly Belly's Lachlan Morton's victory.  Dean and Randy gage Tour de France preparations from the results at the Tour de Romandie, and speak about the globalization of cycling.  They preview the upcoming Amgen Tour of California then cover the first five stages of racing at the Giro before signing off.
