In diesem Podcast spricht Thomas mit Matthias Görtz von Porsche über die Transformation des Unternehmens hin zu einer lernenden Organisation. Matthias verantwortet aktuell die Themen Lerndesign und Qualifizierung Transformation der Porsche AG. In unserem Gespräch gibt er Einblicke in seine Arbeit und aktuelle Projekte. Besonders spannend ist die mit dem HR Excellence Award prämierte Initiative "#neverstoplearning". Einer ihrer Bausteine: Das so genannte Learning Lab. Dort macht Matthias mit seinem Team Lernen in einer neuen Dimension erlebbar und unterstützen Mitarbeiter und Teams dabei, ihre Lern- und Veränderungskompetenz zu stärken. Matthias berichtet von der Entstehung des Programms und gibt Tipps z.B. zur internen Netzwerkarbeit oder der Entwicklung eines verbindenden Narrativs. Kulturentwicklung ist vielschichtig und komplex – daher hoffen wir, daß andere von diesem Impuls inspiriert werden. Antonia Zorn and Andi Michaels give you great insights into a learning initiative at SAP called "Innovator Challenge". Participants work in teams on innovative ideas but the goal is not mainly to create new products or services, the goal ist to learn and to build an innovative and creative mindset in a team. It all started back in 2016 when IoT was a big topic with quite some learning needs. Antonia had the idea to make learning a bit more fun, more teamwork and a bit more of a competitive challenge. It started with 35 participants and today it's a global program focussing on many topics and a large number of participants. The key to success seems to be the great learning experience Antonia, Andi and team create together with the learners. Just listen!
