Ep30 What to do when you lose personal information

What would you do if your customers’ personal information has been lost or stolen? If you don’t have a process for that, now’s the time to start planning. In early 2017, the Australian Senate passed a law requiring the mandatory reporting of data breaches, which comes into effect in February 2018.
