Depois de entregue o plano de tratamento, a App garante a monitorização da evolução do estado de saúde ao longo do tempo.

A aplicação foca-se também na prevenção, com a possibilidade de fazer checkups anuais e programas que acompanham os utilizadores durante um ou dois meses para atingir um objetivo de saúde. Por exemplo, deixar de fumar ou perder peso.
